This was an "I don't have to want to exercise, I just have to do it" morning. As often happens, once I got started I got into something like a groove: it's still not hey wow fun, but I start thinking "that's three things, what's next?" In this case with a bit of caution: my left wrist is feeling a lot better than a week ago, but I still want to be cautious.


I started by rolling out the IT band etc., on the floor of the apartment, with the cat shut out of the room.
Hamstring bridge 4 sets of 9

Then I put on shoes and a t-shirt (over the exercise bra) and went to the fitness room, for:
Squats, 3x15
Crunches, 3x15
Biceps, right hand only, 20 pounds, 2x15; for the first two I tried an 8-pound weight in my left hand but the wrist didn't seem right, so I stopped
Calf raises, 3 sets of 15
Triceps pulldown 17.5# 2x12 (I wasn't sure about this one, and had skipped it last time for the sake of the wrist, but it went smoothly)
Lat pulldown 35# 12 each, 25# 6 each
Leg curl 55# 2x12
Chest press 55# 12, 50# 12 (When I tried this a few days ago it was a bad idea; seemed okay this time. But I am holding off on trying any form of rowing, or the standing pushups.)
