nellorat up in Yonkers for a few hours of conversation, and I got a tour of the garden. And then Sunday I went thud, harder than made any sense to me. Do you suppose Friday's couple of hours of (mostly pleasant) errands followed by a (routine, screening) mammogram had something to do with it? Sunday included a walk and a couple of nice birds, and reminding myself that it was okay and even good to take things easy, planned or no.
Today, I went to the gym, despite a bit of soreness. I have also checked in with the temp agency that got me the day of work recently. They have nothing at the instant because of the holiday* but was encouraging about prospects in a bit.
