At Adrian's suggestion, I went to the gym this afternoon, since I hadn't since Monday (11/21). I had been thinking of staying in, because I misjudged my available energy yesterday on a trip to one of the Harvard museums, but I calibrated better today, or had more energy to start with, and the workout seems to been good for my mood. No notes at the time.

From the stretch machine, I could see part of the sunset behind a few bare trees, and was reminded of![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
papersky's recent post about that. I'm not making a particular effort to see sunsets, but it's worth noticing when they're in front of me.
Chai latte at Deisel Cafe afterward, instead of my more usual hot chocolate, because it was earlier and time for caffeine. And then a nice walk back to Mass Ave along a footpath that is technically a linear park, and bus back to Arlington.
