I had another good workout yesterday, with a bit more new stuff on the balance: her tossing me a ball to catch while I stood on the foam roller. The first couple of times, I managed catch, return, and then had to step down to the floor; then something clicked and I did three or four back-and-forth cycles before needing to step down behind.
