We got some good stuff done: I asked for refreshers on some shoulder things I couldn't quite remember, among other things. I also lowered the weights on a couple of exercises, because I was still worn out from the amount of time I spent on my feet shopping.

She continues to tell me I'm making rapid progress on things like alignment. And then adding more difficulties to exercises, or having me do two of something instead of one. But I am making progress. (I actually went and rolled out my IT band late last night, because I thought it would help after the shopping.)

I won't be working with Emilie again for three weeks, because she's going to Hawaii for vacation. Expect more numerical posts (I'm not even bothering putting that here this time).
