someone at Cigna. She's going to look into whether he agreed to the
reduced amount, or whether they need to pay the balance. Those are the
options she stated. Unfortunately, on my way out this morning I
didn't grab the bill, so I don't have the billing office phone number
with me. Lacking that number, she was prepared to go ahead and have it
sent through the claims process again, but agreed with my suggestion
that I call back on Monday and give them that number, so they can call
his office and sort things out.
It seems unlikely that I'm actually going to have to pay a significant
