I went to the gym after work, did not quite twenty minutes of cardio, and then asked if I could do their "XpressLine" thing [eight machines, one set each, they set them up for you and keep track of the settings, a quick, basic workout with weights] but skip one machine on account of the rotator cuff problem. The trainer running it said sure. I told him we'd likely need to change some of the weight numbers significantly, because I hadn't done Xpressline in ages and there are differences between that and my current routine. We did, in fact, take one up significantly from what the card said (leg press) and a couple down a bit; the odd thing was that I needed to alter the seat configuration on one of the machines. Then I did my usual mat work, stretched, showered, and came home.
