This workout was a bit shorter, because I ran out of stamina and was feeling a little unsteady on my feet. Or off my feet: I was doing crunches and thinking "you can't fall off the floor." I didn't actually fall off, or over, anything, though; I suspect this is just the remains of the heat wave getting to me (it's "only" 29°C right now).
