This workout was a bit shorter, because I ran out of stamina and was feeling a little unsteady on my feet. Or off my feet: I was doing crunches and thinking "you can't fall off the floor." I didn't actually fall off, or over, anything, though; I suspect this is just the remains of the heat wave getting to me (it's "only" 29°C right now).

Cardio, 23 minutes, top heart rate 140
Chest press, 75 pounds, 11, 9
Calf raise, 75 pounds, 3 sets of 13. The last should have stopped at 12: I felt incipient cramping, pushed to 13 anyway, and then had to deal with getting the machine up high enough off my cramped thighs to go into its rest position.

Balance ~fly, 50 pounds, 15 with each leg forward, then another 10 with each
Adjustable row, 80 pounds, 15. That's not a good sequencing, too many of the same muscles.

Crunches, 3 sets of 30
Back arch, 3 sets of 17
Tree, 4 sets of {3 on each leg}

Balance lateral raise, 7.5 pounds per hand, 15; 5 pounds per hand, 2 sets of 15
Leg press, 320 pounds, 3 sets of 12
Tricep pulldown, 45 pounds, 15, 15, 8
