I surprised and impressed the trainer who was setting up the Xpressline machines for me this evening: he looked at my card and said, in a tone that clearly expected a "no", "Are you doing 360 on this machine?" I assured him that he wasn't seeing things--and he (accidentally, I think) set me up for 370, then corrected it after I did one rep at that weight. A couple of machines later, he said I ought to be competing.
