In writing a comment to baldanders, I realized that while I'm physically recovered from the Commute from Hell (or as recovered as I'm ever going to be, and I think that's back to where I was a year ago, i.e., pre-Commute from Hell), I still haven't put my life entirely back together.

Some of that is circumstances beyond my control (and possibly beyond even Alan Greenspan's), but not all of it.

If you aren't cattitude, roadnotes, rysmiel, papersky, zorinth, or julian_tiger, there's a fair chance I've been neglecting you. I'm going to try to do better, but it's too easy to not remember to call people just because I haven't talked to/seen them in a while, so feel free to nudge me. I won't take kindly to being called a horrible person, but postcards, email, or phone calls that say "I haven't seen you in a year, let's do something about that" would not be a bad idea.
