I have a job interview, for a copyediting and proofreading job. Having left a message that they'd like to see me at my "earliest convenience," when I called back the woman said they're not interviewing next week because of the holiday, and suggested July 9. Okay, July 9 it is. They're on the Upper West Side, so 10 a.m. will be easy for me.

I also have cherries, apricots, and blueberries; cucumbers and scallions; chocolate, coffee, and tea; ginger and five-spice powder; cashews and pistachios, cookies and bread.
A successful shopping expedition, after a fine lunch ("sliver duck porridge" at Great New York Noodletown--it's a basic good duck congee, kindly done without bones), that after a good workout.
All of this courtesy of a careless stranger, who left a Metrocard with 3.5 days of travel on it on the floor at the 40th-Lowery station of the #7 train Tuesday. I'd have worked out without that, but probably not gone to Chinatown for lunch (my gym is in Midtown), or Atlantic Avenue for all the other cool stuff except the cherries.

I've been working my way back through the support requests, answering those open requests I know answers to. Some of it's very easy--the newest ones, mostly. I'm pleased to have answered someone who wanted to be reminded how to change the color of a single word--I explained the HTML, and added a link to a color chart.
This is the sort of mood that gets Wikipedia pages proofread, but I couldn't get to that site when I tried.
