My knees ache. So do my calves.
And this is good for me.
Exercise bike and a bunch of work with weight machines. Even some stretches, and I picked up the (five-pound) free weights, I think for the first time this year, and did some bicep curls. Altered the routine slightly, because the rowing/back exercise machine I've been using was out of order. I think I like the rowing machine I used instead; it's in the room that's normally crowded and warmer, but that was okay today.
Added the leg extension machine, at (I think) 25 pounds, along with the leg curl. Okay, so of course my calves ache. Deciding to have lunch in Chinatown--with much extra walking to and from trains--probably didn't help any, though.
