I got too little sleep last night (annoyingly, because I had trouble falling asleep, and then woke slightly early, not because I was doing anything, let alone anything interesting), and got through today mostly on excess caffeine. It will be interesting to see if the editorial brain is available after supper. If it's not, I will almost certainly have to drop the gym/Rose's plan for tomorrow (it may fall by the wayside anyhow, depending on how tired I am by the end of work tomorrow).
Last night, I was chastising myself--as uselessly as this almost always is--about poor scheduling/use of time. Oddly, finding time this morning (the advantage of being up at 5:55 instead of 6:15) to write the rent check and renew the registration for redbird.org left me feeling a lot better than I had the night before.
Meanwhile, we appear to have a working refrigerator; the people who are re-pointing the brickwork on our building seem to be slowing killing an innocent gingko tree; and Julian continues to be a fine fierce hunter, though I'm the one who actually killed a fly this evening.
ETA: The editing brain was there for a bit, but I'm not quite done. I suspect this means I play with heavy pieces of metal after work tomorrow, then come home. Company is tempting, though.
