I got to the subway this morning and discovered I'd left my unlimited-ride Metrocard home. That cost me an extra $5 for three trips today--to the railroad in the morning, and Penn Station to gym, then gym to home, in the evening. And I got to work and found that the refrigerators we keep our food in were broken, so I threw my sandwich away rather than risk food poisoning by lunchtime, and bought a pastrami sandwich and a large iced tea at a nearby deli at lunchtime.

It was another minimal workout, but I'm pleased with it nonetheless:

Cardio, 17 minutes, top heart rate 145 (more than a warmup, not my 33 minutes that I do when I really have time.)
