I'm easing back into doing the upper-body exercises, as my shoulder is healing.

Hip adduction, 110 pounds, 3 sets of 15. Abduction, 90 pounds, 3 sets of 15. I needed a pause near the end of the third set on each of these.
Cardio, 33 minutes (despite telling myself "I will make it to 20" around minute 17)
Bench press, 50 pounds, 12 reps, then 9+3. (Easing back into this one, so I didn't try a third set.)
Seated leg curl, 75 pounds, 3 sets of 15
Triceps pulldown, 40 pounds, 3 sets of 15
Seated leg press, 150 pounds, 15, fairly easy--then adjusted the seat position (from "4" to "3"). In that position, still 160 pounds, 12, then 15.
Crunches and arches, 3 sets of 15 each. Yoga tree, balance not as good as recently--I need to do this more regularly.
I think I did the usual stretches, but I didn't record them.

After exercising, I got a cup of tea and a raisin foccacia twist at Amy's Bread--and saw on the way out that I could have had a chocolate cherry roll. Those were sitting with cakes, not with breads, and I hadn't even looked there. Ah, well.

Thence to Tor for the NYRSF meeting, where we addressed envelopes and chatted. Nobody else was interested in dinner--they'd eaten before, mostly--so I picked up smoked fish and a cucumber and such at Garden of Eden, and went home with them.

Stayed up too late, for no particular reason.

Amy's Bread?

Raisin foccacia twist? Chocolate cherry roll? Mmm. Next time I visit New York...
