Cardio, 27 minutes, top heart rate 147 (took it down to level 7 for about minutes 10-21, because I was feeling slow, then back up when I'd gotten past what I'd defined as "enough time for this week")
Assisted chin-up, set at 19: 10
Calf machine: 40 pounds, 15, 14--and then my right calf felt as if it was cramping. Rested, stretched, and reduced the weight for the third set: 30 pounds, 15
Bench press: 50 pounds, 3 sets of 10
Seated leg curl: 85 pounds, 12; 80 pounds, 2 sets of 15
Adjustable row: 100 pounds, 3 sets of 15. Third set was difficult to complete.
Tricep pulldown: 40 pounds, 2 sets of 15; 35 pounds, 15
Crunches, 4 sets of 20
Back arches, 4 sets of 16
Yoga tree, 3 repeats of {two on each leg, then switch legs}
Bicep curl: 35-pound bar, 3 sets of 15

All I came home with is a pound of ginger root--the baby bok choi didn't quite seem right yet, and nothing else grabbed me except a cup of tangerine sorbet, which I didn't finish. It didn't taste right, and I'm not sure if they've changed the recipe, or if it's me: the Haagen Daz strawberry ice cream we have right now doesn't quite taste right either.
