Another cold day, but I made it to the gym anyhow.
I'm still taking care of my right shoulder, so I skipped some things, resulting in mostly lower-body exercises:
Hip adduction: 110 pounds, 15, then 12; 105 pounds, 10. Not sure why I couldn't take it past that.
Hip abduction, 90 pounds, 13 reps (and the machine was then occupied, and I forgot to go back later)
Cardio, 33 minutes, top heart rate 147
Seated leg curl, 70 pounds, 3 sets of 15
Triceps pulldown, 40 pounds, 3 sets of 15
Crunches, 2 sets of 17 (for no particular reason)
Leg extension, one leg at a time: 10 pounds, 3 sets of ten on each side
I tried a chest press machine, and did 5 reps at 50 pounds, and then 2 at 45, before deciding that either this wasn't a good idea, given my shoulder, or I didn't understand how to use the machine properly.
Seated leg press, 160 pounds, 3 sets of 13
Biceps curl: left arm only, 12 pound weight, 2 sets of 12
The usual stretches, then showered and home in the cold
