More boring

Hip adduction: 110 pounds, 13 reps, then 12. Third set, I managed nine reps at 110, then took it down to 105 and did four more. Hip abduction, 95 pounds, 2 sets of 12.
Cardio, 10 minutes before I gave up through utter boredom (lack of any decent reading material), but I got my heart rate up to 144 by then.
Bench press, 50 pounds, 12 reps, then 8+3. 45 pounds, 10+3
Seated leg curl, 70 pounds, 2 sets of 15, but some tightness in my calves in the second set, so I took it down and did a third set of 65 pounds, 15 reps. (I had a nasty Charlie horse a couple of mornings ago, so am being more careful than I otherwise might.)
Adjustable row, 100 pounds, 2 sets of 15.
That odd sort of lift with my legs on an exercise ball, 2 sets of 15: I tried using a ball with stubby little legs, and think I like the basic round balls better. (This is the one with my shoulders on the mat, my feet on the ball, and trying to stay balanced--good for abs and back.)
Triceps pulldowns, 40 pounds, 3 sets of 15.
Crunches, 2 sets of 15
Biceps curl, 35 pound bar, 12 reps. Then a set of 15 (underhand) wrist curls, with the one-pound weights in each hand. Then biceps curls with the 30-pound bar, 2 sets of 12, followed by 15 (overhand) wrist curls.
Seated leg press, 140 pounds, 2 sets of 15.
The usual stretches

I mostly did the usual weight, but did fewer sets or fewer reps with a lot of things. Still, not bad for just over 2 weeks away from the gym, and with only small amounts of non-gym exercise other than just walking around.

One of the guys at the desk, who recognizes me by name and face, commented on my hair, as did someone who was exercising, and who I think was hoping I'd say something more forthcoming than "thanks".
