Laundry tomorrow morning, I hope.


Hip abduction: 90 pounds, 3 sets of 13. Hip adduction, 105 pounds, 15, 13, 10; 100 pounds, 7 reps.

Cardio, 24 minutes. I felt the layoff here.

Bench press, 50 pounds, 2 sets of 11; 45 pounds, 11 reps

Seated leg curl, 70 pounds, 3 sets of 15.
Triceps pulldown, 35 pounds, 3 sets of 15.
Crunches and arches, 3 sets of 15 each; cat-and-camel, tree. These are the part where I didn't need to reduce weight or do fewer reps after the time off.

Adjustable row, 100 pounds, one set of 15. After about four, I didn't want to be doing that exercise, but I stubborned my way through a full set.
Bicep curls, 30 pound bar, 2 sets of 15.

Finished with the usual stretches.
