More boring numbers:

Hip adduction, 105 pounds: 15, 15, 13. Abduction, 90 pounds, 15, 13; 85 pounds, 13+2.
Cardio, 33 minutes. 11.87 "miles/km" (I really ought to find out which it's calibrated in). Heart rate largely in the 145-157 range, top (that I noticed, at least) was 159, which is above the suggested range printed on the machine. Again, more information would be good, though [livejournal.com profile] cattitude informs me he regularly goes higher than that, and it seems harmless.

Bench press, 50 pounds, 12, 12, 8. I got this odd intermittent head pain when I lay down to do these; I suspect I hadn't cooled down properly after the cardio. Also, the last set was 8 because I needed to get to the bathroom, not because I'd entirely hit my limit on lifting.

Seated leg curl, 65 pounds, 3 sets of 15.
Adjustable row, 100 pounds, 3 sets of 15.

Crunches and arches, 3 sets of 15 each. A few reps of cat-and-camel, stopped because I got a cramp in my right calf.

Triceps pull-downs, 35 pounds, 3 sets of 15.
Biceps curl, 30 pound bar, 3 sets of 15.
Wrist curls with the one-pound weight, 3 sets of 15 in each hand.
Finished with the usual stretches.

I had considered going to a local Nanowrimo social afterwards, but decided I'd rather go home and work on my novel than spend money to go out and talk about working on it. Maybe next week.
