Just another
I was warm before I even got there--a humid morning for a walk.
Started with the hip abduction, instead of ad- first, because someone was using the other, and did a slightly different pattern. Conclusion: two sets in a row, on either of those machines, is a strain: I had trouble completing my second set on the adduction. However: adduction at 100 pounds, abduction at 90, 3 sets of 15 each.

Cardio, 33 minutes at level 8, heart rate mostly 140-150, top was 153. This is good.

Bench press, 50 pounds, 3 sets of 12.

Seated leg curl, 60 pounds, sets of 15. On the third set, I got a sudden cramp in my left calf at the 14th rep. Stopped at once, got off the machine, and sat on a nearby weight bench to massage my calf. (I've had this happen before, but not lately, and always on the other leg.)

Triceps pulldown: bar handle, 80 pounds, 2 sets of 15; rope handle, 45 pounds, 1 set of 15.

Leg extension, alternating legs--hold for two seconds at the full extension--10 pounds, 3 sets of 12 reps on each leg.

Biceps curls, with a straight bar this time, 20 pounds, 3 sets of 15.

Stretches, then showered and went to get lunch.

I stopped off on the way home to pick up produce and bread: lots of those little Italian prunes, mushrooms, scallions, a cucumber, a Granny Smith apple, and a loaf of rye. I had two boxes of blueberries, but as I was putting them on the counter at the cashier, I noticed white mold in one, so I told the cashier I didn't want the blueberries. That change cut my bill almost in half: the berries were $2.49/box, and the total for everything I did get was $6.05.

The power was on by the time I got home, but the sign says (handwritten) that it will be off again tomorrow from 9 until noon. I'm getting very tired of this.
