Hip adduction, 105 pounds, 2 sets of 15. Abduction, 90 pounds, 15, then 12. Only two sets of each because by then someone else had sat down on the adduction machine.
Cardio, 28 minutes, heart rate mostly 130s to low 140s.
Bench press, 50 pounds, 15 reps, then 10+2. 45 pounds, 14 reps.
Seated leg curl, 70 pounds, 15 reps, 14, then 13. Pretty good for the first time at that weight.
Adjustable row, 100 pounds, 2 sets of 15, then 12.
Crunches and arches, 3 sets of 15 each, then cat-and-camel and some trees. My upper arms and shoulders hurt when I extended them for balance in the tree pose: I think I pushed too hard earlier in the workout.
Leg extensions, one leg at a time, ten pounds (hold for a count of 2 seconds): 3 sets of 10 reps on each leg.
Triceps pulldown, 35 pounds, 2 sets of 15. 30 pounds, 15 reps. By the end my elbows were complaining, so I called that enough, and finished with the usual stuff on the stretch machine.
Nanowrimo, current word count: 15,761
Number of other people at rassef gathering: 0. I got there about 6:30, stayed through a glass of ginger ale, and left, after scribbling some novel notes. The whole thing was a washout, literally as well as figuratively. (Or, possibly, seven of my friends got there five minutes after I left.)
I have 197 support points, putting me in 93rd place. You don't care about that.

Support points are given out here at LiveJournal, for volunteers who answer questions helpfully. It's a wonderful work-avoidance activity, because it's actually useful to somebody and thus easier to justify than nethack.
