Paul (a long-time acquaintance) called earlier, to ask if we were doing anything tonight, and then if we were either up for having a visitor, or coming over to his apartment (only a few blocks away). I declined, on the grounds of general inertia, but nattered on the phone with the visitor in question.

We had a good, long walk in the park this morning, with black raspberries. I showered after walking and lunch--and my hair is dripping again. And tomorrow is a full schedule, so I didn't want to do anything more strenuous than sit here at home.
