Well, I've introduced the disgruntled UPS employee, in her first walk-on. Now I have to figure out what's in the box.

I suspect she has never in her life been gruntled.
I don't know if she'll get gruntled. I don't know much about what's going to happen next (for any of the values of next).

Maybe it was foretold by an old gypsy witch that her proper gruntles would be returned to her via UPS, but not to her proper address. Maybe this is the box containing her gruntles!
