I got through everything I wanted to, which took almost two hours.

Hip adduction, 105 pounds, 15 reps, then 13. (Someone else came over to use the abduction machine while I was in the first set, so I put the rest of this off until later.)

Cardio, 33 minutes at level 8. As is sometimes the case, I had to talk myself through the first ten minutes, then getting past 20 was easy, as was finishing.

Bench press, 50 pounds: 12 reps, 9+4, 10. (I decided not to take it down to 45 for the third set this time.)

Seated leg curl, 65 pounds, 2 sets of 15; 60 pounds, 1 set of 15.

Adjustable row, 100 pounds, 2 sets of 15. 90 pounds, 1 set of 15.

Back to the hip machines: abduction, 90 pounds, 13 reps. Adduction, 105 pounds, 15 reps. Abduction, 90 pounds, 14 reps.

Biceps curls, 35 pounds, 1 set of 15; 30 pounds, 2 sets of 15.

Triceps pulldown, with the rope handle, trying to be careful about form/position: 35 pounds, 3 sets of 15.

Leg extension, alternating legs, 10 pounds: 3 sets of 11 reps on each leg.

Then I stretched, and then I showered.

This is why I got to the Greenmarket late, and got nothing but apples. (I could have had cauliflower or radishes, but I wanted pear cider and other interesting things.)

I am looking at your numbers (particularly on the hip adduction and abduction), comparing them with mine, and whimpering. Soren is laughing at me.
