I counted how many times I exercised this month (where a "time" is a collection of exercises logged over 1-3 days, not each time I got up and did one or more exercises), and am reasonably pleased by the answer, 13. I aim to get in three complete collections of at least my shoulder-PT-related exercises each week, and would be satisfied with two. (If I aim for doing this twice a week, I'm more likely to wind up only doing it once than if I aim for three times a week.)


This is the most recent collection, done Monday and Tuesday:

crunches 2x20
hamstring bridges 4x9

lateral raises, 600g, 3x11 each
row, yellow elastic, 3x12
internal rotation, red, 3x12 each
serratus pushups, 3x10
external rotation, blue, 3x10 each
shrugs yellow 3x12

The number of repetitions and the intensity (choice of elastic) have been basically consistent for the last few months, neither increasing nor decreasing, though I sometimes manage three sets of the crunches, and the intensity on everything I do with the elastic bands can easily vary a little without my noticing, depending on things like how far from the wall I stand.
