Bench press, 50 pounds, 2 sets of 13; 45 pounds, 1 set of 13. Seated leg curl, 60 pounds, 3 sets of 15.
Adjustable row, 100 pounds, 3 sets of 15, though I was having trouble holding the handle by the third set. Must dig out the weight gloves, even though I dislike them for most of my exercises.
Leg extension, doing the legs separately, 10 pounds: 2 sets of 10, then one set of 12 reps.
Triceps pulldown, bar handle: 80 pounds, 2 sets of 15. Rope handle, 45 pounds, 15 reps.
Two sets each of crunches and arches, then some cat-and-camel, and tree (3 times on each foot; again,
the balance is better on the right leg).
Finished with stretches on the stretch machine, all except the one I don't usually do.

I apologized at one point for being consistently catty about her Dubious Ex, but she told me that she was enjoying it, and didn't think the cattiness was interfering with accuracy.
And now I'm home, with a slight gastrointestrinal problem, so I've made a cup of decaffeinated darjeeling tea, with a little sugar and no milk (and an ice cube, after I burned my tongue--milk serves many purposes in tea).
