Hip adduction, 105 pounds: 15, 15, 12+3. Abduction, 95 pounds, 13, then 11; 90 pounds, 13.

Cardio, 25 minutes, HR 140-147 from the four-minute mark. (Didn't finish the full 33 I'd set it for because I was overwarm, but then it turned out I didn't really have the time anyhow, I was late to meet [livejournal.com profile] roadnotes as it was.)

Bench press, 50 pounds, 2 sets of 13; 45 pounds, 1 set of 13. Seated leg curl, 60 pounds, 3 sets of 15.

Adjustable row, 100 pounds, 3 sets of 15, though I was having trouble holding the handle by the third set. Must dig out the weight gloves, even though I dislike them for most of my exercises.

Leg extension, doing the legs separately, 10 pounds: 2 sets of 10, then one set of 12 reps.

Triceps pulldown, bar handle: 80 pounds, 2 sets of 15. Rope handle, 45 pounds, 15 reps.

Two sets each of crunches and arches, then some cat-and-camel, and tree (3 times on each foot; again,
the balance is better on the right leg).

Finished with stretches on the stretch machine, all except the one I don't usually do.

After exercising, I went down to the Village to meet [livejournal.com profile] roadnotes, who is kindly lending me some music. We had dinner at Mingala, and talked over recent events and thoughts. People who do and don't want to work--not that I love the nine-to-five grind, but that I want to do some interesting and productive things, even if money isn't an issue (which is why I have all those support points). If I had the money, I'd travel more, and I'd love to be able to declare a holiday just because it's sunny and cool outside. But I don't thrive if all I do is play nethack all day. (Or maybe not doing interesting and productive things is a symptom, rather than a cause. Or both, in a feedback loop.)

I apologized at one point for being consistently catty about her Dubious Ex, but she told me that she was enjoying it, and didn't think the cattiness was interfering with accuracy.

And now I'm home, with a slight gastrointestrinal problem, so I've made a cup of decaffeinated darjeeling tea, with a little sugar and no milk (and an ice cube, after I burned my tongue--milk serves many purposes in tea).
