Molly just sat stretched out across my legs for a few minutes; no big deal, except it's the first time she's done that. She likes attention and to be stroked, but it's been while she was on my desk, or standing on the ground saying "meow" to tell us she wanted attention. (Before this, she had draped her front legs across my thigh, but not sat entirely on me rather than partly on the bed.)
Other than that, I've been doing some freelance copyediting, and some exercise (working around some joint issues yesterday). Conclusion: Word isn't a layout program, and Acrobat really isn't an editor.
Yesterday afternoon and this morning's exercise:
I did some PT yesterday, right hand only: internal rotation with the red band, external rotation with the blue, one-handed row with the yellow, and the lateral raises with the one-pound weight (3 sets of 10 on each of those)
Today:
Squats 3x15
Calf raises 2x15
Crunches 3 x15
Shrug, right hand 20 pounds 2x10; 15 pounds 10
Lat pulldown right hand 25 pounds 12; 22.5 pounds 2x12
Leg curls 90 pounds 2x12; 85 pounds 12
Standing biceps curls right 15 pounds 2x10 (a change from sitting on the exercise ball)

Also, it's been awhile since I used Word, and it's still a much better layout program than most graphics programs let you edit text. (Word may not handle things in a typesetting way all the time, but it can produce quite the varied printed page.)
