This morning I went to the exercise room for the first time in two weeks. I took my set of elastic bands with me to Boston and New York and did some PT exercises with them, but then took a break for a couple of days because I'd wrenched my ankle. I did just the PT stuff on Saturday; today I did (almost all of) my regular exercises, plus a bit of PT, and then came back to the apartment and did the rest of the PT things.

I did a bit less of some exercises, not surprising after two weeks off from those specific movements. I also adjusted things slightly because my left ankle isn't 100% back to normal: I am happier avoiding stairs, and standing on just that foot to add a balance component to an exercise is of course a bad idea right now (which I realized on the second repetition).

Squats 15, 15, 2: stopped because left knee hurt
Calf raises 2 sets of 15
Crunches 3 sets of 15
Shrugs 15 pounds left hand, 20 right, 3 sets of 10
Biceps curls 10 pounds left hand, 15 right, 2 sets of 12
Lat pulldowns 45 pounds 2 sets of 12; 40 pounds 12
Row 25 pounds 3 sets of 12
Leg curls 90 pounds 2 sets of 12

Internal rotation, red elastic band, right hand 3 sets of 10; left 5, 10
external rotation, blue elastic (lower resistance), right hand 10, 10, 4; left 4
Serratus pushups, 3 sets of 10

Tomorrow afternoon I see the physical therapist again. I can tell him that the left wrist/thumb is better, but not 100% well yet.
