I've been doing well lately in terms of how often I get to the gym (this is of course relative to my own goals and limitations). I've even been increasing the weights and/or number of reps on a couple of things. I did my usual exercises today, but in a slightly different order; this may have helped me get more done than the last couple of times.
Squats 3x15
Biceps curls 15 pounds each hand, 15, 15, 12 (I've been working up from two sets of 15 for the last few weeks)
Crunches 3x15
Calf raises 3x15
Chest press 65 pounds 2x12
Lat pulldowns 45 pounds, standing on one foot as usual, 12 on each foot, then 8 each
Leg curls 70 pounds 12; 75 pounds 12 (up from two sets at 70 pounds)
Row 65 pounds 12, 9; 60 pounds 3
Triceps pulldowns (standing on one foot) 22.5 pounds, 2 sets of 12
Pushups 2 sets of 12 (in the gym)
