The thing about all this exercise is that the workouts seem to keep getting longer.

At this rate, when I find a job again, I'll be doing it all after work--the only way to fit everything into anything resembling a lunch hour would be to skip the cardio altogether. Today's workout was an hour and 40 minutes, not counting the shower afterwards.

Hip adduction, 105 pounds (that's up 5): 3 sets, 15, 13, then 15 again.
Abduction, still at 90 pounds, 2 sets of 15, then 14.

Cardio, 33 minutes at level 8. Top heart rate 156 (which may be slightly too high, I need to look into this), HR mostly in the 140s.
I thought about bailing early, and told myself things like "just another minute" until I realized I had reached the built-in cooldown phase of the programming.

Bench press, 50 pounds, 2 sets of 13 reps, then one of 11+3.

Seated leg curl, 60 pounds, 2 sets of 15. Then one set of 15 at 55 pounds.
Adjustable row, 90 pounds, 3 sets of 15.
Triceps pull-down: bar handle, 80 pounds, 2 sets of 15. Rope handle, 50 pounds, 10 reps, short pause, 5 more.

Leg extension, one leg at a time, alternating sets of 12: 3 sets of 10 pounds on each leg.
Biceps curls, with the 25-pound-weight bar, 3 sets of 15, with a short break in the third set because my left wrist hurt.

Mat work: 3 sets each (alternating) of crunches and back arches, 15 reps per set. Then a few cat-and-camel, ending in child pose.
I finished the workout by doing my usual set on the stretch machine, after checking that there was no real reason it had been pulled aside to prop open the door of the spinning studio.
