This time I walked over (indoors, because the weather is iffy right now), did several exercises in my street clothes, and then went grocery shopping. I didn't work up a sweat, so the slightly heavier clothing (jeans rather than shorts or knee-length gym pants) wasn't a problem.
Squats, 3 sets of 15
Biceps curls, 10 pounds left hand 8 pounds right, 2 sets of 15
Calf raises, 2 sets of 15
Resistance machines:
Leg curl, 45 pounds, 2 sets of 12
Lat pulldown, total of 25 pounds (12.5 each side), 3 sets of 12 (2 sets standing on one foot)
Seated row, 45 pounds, 12, 6
Chest press, 35 pounds, 2 sets of 12
A couple of hours later, I just did 3 sets of crunches with my feet up, and then some balance stuff standing on the foam roller.
