We have a visiting
rysmiel, but they're over in Seattle for the day, so I took a little while to work out in the building fitness room this morning. Yesterday was hanging out here with rysmiel,
cattitude, and
roadnotes. Saturday, Cattitude and I had a fun couple of hours wandering around Mercer Slough, where we heard a lot more birds than we saw. There were quite a few blackberry flowers (wild/endemic), lots of blueberry bushes in flower (farmed), and some yellow water lilies (I assume wild). From memory:

Squats, 3 sets of 15
Calf raises, 3 sets of 15
Opposite arm/leg, 10 pairs
Biceps curls sitting on ball, 2 sets of 20
Triceps pulldown, 17.5 pounds, 3 sets of 12
Lat pulldown, 25 pounds, 2 sets of 12; one foot, 7 each
Standing row, 3 sets of 12
Chest press, 40 pounds?, 3 sets of 12
Leg curl, don't remember the weight, either 2 or 3 sets of 12
I got a text from Emilie about an hour ago, a general "hello and how are you," which is nice. I miss working with her, and I miss that gym, with the equipment I'm used to, including a reasonable amount of balance equipment and sufficient padding on the padded areas, not just a small area of thin carpet.
