I saw Emilie again tonight, for the first time in a couple of weeks; she didn't have a class to teach afterwards, so was able to make up the time she'd missed in two previous sessions because she was running late and couldn't push that back. I got her to take a photo of me doing one of my balance things; this may become a new gym/exercise icon (the purple hair one is at least eight years old).

Calf raises, 3 sets of 15
Catch with me standing on the foam roller
Balance stuff on half roller, including tree pose; this time Emilie added me standing there on one foot with my eyes closed.
Opposite arm/leg balance exercise, 12 pairs
Lunges, 2 sets of {10 with each foot forward}
Biceps curls standing on bosu, 10 pounds each hand, 2 sets of 15
On balance platform:
Lat pulldown, 50 pounds, 2 sets of 12, on one foot, 7? each or was it 12 each?
Hug a tree, I think 25 pounds, 2 sets of 12
Back exercise, 35 pounds, 2 sets of 12; one foot, 7 each
Triceps, 35? pounds, 3 sets of 12
