Bouncing a 45-cm ball against the wall and catching it: the idea is to work into doing this while standing on the foam roller, so I can have a version of the catch games for when I'm working out solo
Opposite arm/leg balance exercise, 12 pairs
Balance work standing on the half roller, including tree

Standing on balance platform:
Lat pulldown (round) 50 pounds, 2 sets of 12; one foot, 12 each
