I am duly exercised. And thinking about some other stuff that I may post later; this is the usual set of numbers for my own reference.
Cardio, 12:15, top heart rate 118. (This was on the machine that always gives lower numbers; I have no idea whether it, or the one I more often use that comes up with numbers in the 130s-150+, is closer to accurate. I don't think I was at the top end of my usual range, though: this was warming up muscles more than aiming for aerobic effect.)
Rolled out IT band, etc.
Hamstring bridge, 4 sets of 9
Rowing with elastic band, 3 sets of 12

Crunches, 12, 12, 15
Squats, 3 sets of 15
Calf raises, 3 sets of 15
Balance stuff standing on the half roller
Opposite arm/leg balance stuff, 12 pairs
A bit of standing on the foam roller, didn't go very well this time. For values of that mean I could stay on if that was all I did, but closing my eyes or standing on one leg didn't work well.
Balance stuff lying on the foam roller (better)
Lunges, 10 with each foot forward; 12 with each foot forward

Biceps curls standing on bosu, 10 pounds each hand, 2 sets of 15
Stuff on balance platform:
Lat pulldown (round), 55 pounds, 2 sets of 12; 50 pounds, one foot, 12 each
Hug a tree, 25 pounds, 3 sets of 12
Back exercise, 25 pounds, 2 sets of 12; one foot, 8 each
Triceps pulldown, 25 pounds, 2 sets of 12
