Pretty straightforward workout except that I wound up doing one more set of exercises after all my stretching. Also, I am trying to remember that if I do three workouts in a week instead of two, dropping the number of sets in one of the workouts still means I'm exercising at least as much in the week as a whole, and probably on the longer timescale.

Cardio, 15 minutes, top heart rate 137
Rolled out IT band etc.
Hamstring bridge, 4 sets of 10
Row using elastic band, standing, 2 sts of 12
Crunches (feet up), 3 sets of 15
Psoas exercise, 3 with each leg
Squats, 2 sets of 15
Balance stuff lying on the foam roller
Calf raises, 3 sets of 15
Opposite arm/leg balance exercise, 12 pairs
Balance stuff standing on half roller
Lunges, 2 sets of {10 with each foot forward}, these seem to be getting smoother

On balance platform:
Lat pulldown (round platform), 55 pounds, 2 sets of 12; 50 pounds, one foot, 12 each
Back exercise, 35 pounds, 2 sets of 12; 20 pounds, one foot, 8 each
Hug a tree, 20 pounds, 2 sets of 12

Hip adduction machine, 75 pounds, 2 sets of 12
Elbow PT with 2-pound weight (wrist curls both arms)
Stretches
Biceps curls, sitting on stability ball, 10 pounds each hand, 2 sets of 20
