Psoas, 4 pairs
Squats, 3 sets of 15
Calf raises, 3 sets of 15
Catch while standing on the foam roller (one good long volley, after a slow start when I kept having to get off and back on)
Standing on one foot on the half roller
Opposite arm/leg balance exercise, 9 pairs
Lunges, 2 sets of {10 with each leg forward}, rather smoother than on Tuesday
Standing on balance platform :
Lat pulldown (round) 55 pounds, 2 sets of 12. Elbow pain, and got Emilie to do some massage. Then, 50 pounds, 12
Hug a tree, 20 pounds, 2 sets of 12 (I think)
Back exercise, 35 pounds, 12; 20 pounds, 8 standing on each foot (or was there another set with both feet on the platform first?)
Triceps, 20 pounds, 2? sets of 12
Biceps curls on bosu, 10 pounds each hand, 15
