A good training session; I got there in time to do cardio warmup but no more than that before Emilie got there. She threw in a new balance thing, which I picked up quickly: standing on one foot on a long foam half-cylinder. Since I was doing well at that, she told me to move the other leg forward and backward; I asked when we were done, and she'd planned on keeping that for later. Otherwise things went pretty well, and we finished with a few minutes of massage because my neck and shoulders were stiff.
