I dithered about staying home (remnants of a cold, and a bit of tenderness in my hip), but hadn't seen Emilie in a couple of weeks, so went to the gym this evening. It went pretty well, and I didn't strain anything.
Cardio, 15 minutes, top heart rate 138
Rolled out IT band etc.
Hamstring bridge, 4 sets of 9
Ab work lying on small ball, 3 sets of 10
Squats, 3 sets of 15
Calf raises, 3 sets of 15
Opposite arm/leg, 10 pair
Played catch standing on the foam roller
Lunges, 2 sets of {10 with each foot forward}
Standing on balance platform:
Lat pulldown, 50 pounds, 2 sets of 12; one foot, 12 each
"Hug a tree," 20 pounds, 12; 25 pounds, 12
Back exercise, 25 pounds, 2 sets of 12; one foot, 6 each
Triceps pulldown, 25 pounds(?), 3? sets of 12
Tried standing on bosu from floor, didn't manage this time; may be time to replace my gym shoes
Biceps curls standing on bosu (from table as usual), 10 pounds each hand, 15, 10
Some standing one-legged on the blue squishy square, alternate legs, did pretty well
