Psoas, 3 on each side
"heart opening" stretch lying on the foam roller, and then the balance thing where I lie there with various limbs in the air: specifically, I started with both legs up, then raised one arm, then the other, and managed to stay there for just a moment. This was enough to impress Emilie, who had arrived just before that.

Opposite arm/leg balance exercise, not sure how many
Squats leaning on ball, 2 sets of 15
Calf raises leaning on ball, 3 sets of 15
Played catch (with a larger ball than usual, but not the huge one) with me standing on the foam roll, went pretty smoothly
Lunges, 10 on each leg, some without holding onto rail

Standing on balance platform:
Lat pulldown, 55 pounds, 2 sets of 12; 35 pounds, standing on one leg, 12 each
Hug a tree, 20 pounds, either 2 or 3 sets of 12 (we were chatting about hair coloring or something and neither of us kept good track, and I didn't want to push to 4 if it had been 3)
Back exercise, 25 pounds, 2 sets of 12; one leg, 20 pounds, 6 on each leg
Triceps, 20 pounds, 3 sets of 12

Standing on blue thing, biceps curls, 10 pounds each hand, 3 sets of 15
