Worked with Emilie, in the course of which she told me that the daughter in utero recognizes my voice:

Cardio, 12:30, top heart rate 135
Rolled out IT band etc.
Hamstring bridge, 4 sets of 9
Ab work on small ball, 3 sets of 10
Opposite arm and leg balance exercise, quite a few; Emilie said I did particularly well on this today.
Squats leaning on ball, 2 sets of 15 (I think)
Calf raises leaning on ball, 2 sets of 15

On balance platform, using the machine in the weight room (which it turns out does have meaningful numbers, just not commensurate with the other machine):
Lat pulldown, 30 pounds, 2 sets of 12; 25 pounds, 12 on each foot
Off the platform, hug a tree, 15 pounds, 3 sets of 12
Back on:
Back exercise, 15 pounds, 2 sets of 12, then six one-legged on each foot
Triceps, 15 pounds, 3 sets of 12

On the squishy blue thing, biceps curls, 10 pounds each hand, 3 sets of 15
Row sitting on physio ball, 40 pounds, 3 sets of 12

(I realized a little while ago that we didn't do the stand on foam roller and play catch this week.)
