While I liked them, I should note that what I can recommend is that the guy did a good job taking out the old earring and putting in a new one in an existing piercing, but not their skills at actually doing a piercing. (He put on gloves, and sprayed what I think was rubbing alcohol on my ear before doing anything else. Probably not necessary in this case, a decade-old ear piercing, but better to do it every time than to omit it when needed.)
