A generally good workout. I walked to the gym (because I had time and just didn't want to deal with the subway), and then did 23 minutes of cardio (top heart rate 148). The usual stuff with Emilie, and she made the game of catch while I stand on the foam roller a little more complicated because it seemed to her that it was easy for me (in part because I was cheerfully talking about the circus while doing it).

For the lat pulldown, I got out the round balance platform (trickier than the square ones), but went back to square for the other exercises I use one of those for.

At the end, since I had a couple of minutes, I did the "nerve stretch" that may be helping my left hand. (Something is working, so I am going to keep doing the various possible things, at least for a while.)

Hamstring stretch, 4 sets of 9
Ab work, 3x10
Squats, 3x15
Calf raise, 2x15

Lat pulldown, 55 pounds, 3x12
Hug a tree, 25 pounds, 7; 20 pounds, 2x12
Back exercise, 25 pounds, 3x12
Triceps pulldown, 25 pounds, 3x12

On the blue thing, biceps curls, 10 pounds each hand, 3x15
