cattitude to the circus on Saturday, and I want to post about that, but for the moment, here's a gym post: that's just transcribing numbers, so it's easy to write. If I don't get back to this, note that the Big Apple Circus is fun.
Cardio, 10 minutes, top heart rate 144
Rolled out IT band etc.
Hamstring bridge, 4 sets of 9
Psoas, 2 on each side
Squats leaning on ball, 2 sets of 15
Ab work, 3 sets of 10
Calf raises leaning on ball, 2 sets of 15
Stood on the foam roller, including a few brief moments of standing on one leg
Biceps curls (on the squishy balance thing), 10 pounds each hand, 3 sets of 15
Lat pulldown on balance platform, 50 pounds, 3 sets of 12
Back exercise on balance platform, 25 pounds, 3 sets of 12
Triceps pulldown on balance platform, 25 pounds, 3 sets of 12
