Squats leaning on ball, 3 sets of 15
Calf raises, 2 sets of 15
Catch standing on the foam roller, didn't go quite as smoothly as last week, but Emilie thought I was doing well
The new balance thing, on hands and knees, this time moved on to alternately extending {right leg and left arm} or {left leg and right arm}
Just after standing up from that, my right shoulder started to hurt. I thought I might have put too much weight there; Emilie thought it might have been reaction to "hey, I actually did that" with the new exercise. Either way, she spent some time massaging it.
We did the next batch, on the balance platform, with a different machine than usual:
Lat pulldown, 3 sets of 12 (I think this one was set at 30, or maybe 35, for the first set, and five less for the second and third)
Hug a tree, 2 sets of 12
Back exercise, 3 sets of 12
Triceps curls, 3 sets of 12 (I think 3)
Biceps curls standing on the blue thing, 10 pounds each hand, 15, 10
