Another good workout with Emilie (and I'm feeling better about not having been to the gym since Saturday).
(This was mostly scribbled from memory near the end of the hour, so may not be entirely accurate.)
Cardio, 12 minutes, top heart rate 142
Rolled out IT band etc.
Hamstring bridge, 2 sets of 9, 2 sets of 10
Ab work on the small ball, 3 sets of 10: 2 quite smooth, then neck tensed up at the end of the second and didn't quite relax for the third set.
Squats leaning on ball, 3 sets of 15
Calf raises leaning on ball, 2 sets of 15
Stood on the foam roller and played catch a while, which went well
New balance thing, on floor on hands and knees, first alternated extending one leg at a time behind me in the air (we did this one at our last session together), then put both knees back down and alternated reaching arms forward
Standing on balance platform:
Lat pulldown, 50 pounds, 3 sets of 13
Hug a tree, 22.5 pounds, 2 sets of 12
Back exercise, 25 pounds, 3 sets of 12
Triceps pulldown, 25 pounds, 3 sets of 12
On the blue hemisphere:
Biceps curls, 10 pounds each hand, 3 sets of 15
