I was feeling irritable earlier in the day (I had a couple of things I was genuinely irritated about, but they were bothering me more than they might have in a different mood), and the workout helped.
No cardio, because the bikes I liked weren't available at any of the points where it would have made sense to me.
Rolled out the IT bands and other leg fascia
Hamstring bridge, 4 sets of 10
Squats against ball, 2 sets of 15 (smaller ball than usual for this part of the workout)
Ab work on ball, 10 before I gave up because I didn't like that ball
Calf raise, 2 sets of 15
Some standing on the foam roll, went pretty well, and included a bit of stuff on one leg with some help from a railing for my hand
Psoas exercise, 2 on each side
Lat pulldown (on balance platform), 35 pounds, 2 sets of 15
A different lat exercise, with the hands leaning on the handles and moving the arms straight down, 20 pounds, 12
"Hug a tree," 20 pounds, 12
Adjustable row, sitting on a larger ball than usual, 40 pounds, 12; 35 pounds, 15
Biceps curls standing on that squishy blue thing (on the solid flat side, which is labeled "standing on platform is not recommended"), 10 pounds each hand, 2 sets of 20
Ab work on a larger ball, 8, 9
Stretches--did slightly fewer quad stretches because my left knee hurt when I got to that point. Feh. I haven't had that issue in ages. Maybe overdid something, either the squats today, or maybe the few lunges at home last night were a bad idea. Or just bad luck, the last few days have had more knee pain.
