A pretty good workout, I think.

Cardio, 15:00, top heart rate 120
Chest press, 50 pounds, 12, 10
Rolled out IT band etc.
Hamstring bridge, 9, 9, 10, 10 (and then stretched using some elastic)
Psoas exercise, 2 with each leg
Squats against physio ball, 2 sets of 15
Calf raise against physio ball, 2 sets of 15
Balance work standing on foam roll

Row sitting on ball, 40 pounds, 3 sets of 15
Lat pulldown on balance board, 35 pounds, 3 sets of 12
Biceps curls standing on that round blue thing, 7.5 pounds each hand, 2 sets of 20
Squats standing on same thing, holding 9-pound body bar (for balance), 4, and then my left ankle hurt sharply on the fifth, so I stopped
Stretches


Also, I worked with Emilie last Thursday, and showed off my most recent trick, that being the weight-lifting while standing on the blue thing; she'd had something of that sort in mind, but maybe not this soon. This was after I complained about her running late again, and she said she'll shorten the class she does just before it so there are a few minutes between that and our sessions, so she can answer questions and such; it's not just the five minutes each time, though I it being that consistent does bother me: it's also that it had been 15 the week before, because her boss wanted to talk about something and she didn't push on time. I already get home later than I'd like now that we start at 6:15.
